Adaptor

The voltage used is 220 volts, 50 cycles. Should you require an adaptor or a converter, please contact the concierge.

Alarm clock

Please contact the reception to request a wake-up call. Your alarm clock can also be programmed through your room telephone by pressing the customer “wake-up” button.

Air conditioning and heating

A wall control panel allows you to adjust the temperature in your room.

Air ticket

You can make all your plane ticket reservations at the conciergerie.

Babysitting

The hotel has a list of professional babysitters. Please contact the Concierge 6 hours in advance. Cradles and other accessories are available on request. Please contact the housekeeper.

Business Center

The team will be happy to assist you.

Car rental with driver

The concierge team will be happy to organize all your trips. Reservation is recommended.

We accept major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa, JCB.

Clefs d´Or Concierge

The Concierges located in the lobby will assist you with your transport, visits, restaurant reservations, purchases, mail, sports activities or any other information about Paris.

Child care

Childcare is possible. Please contact the conciergerie six hours in advance to arrange childcare for your children.

Departure from the hotel

We ask you to vacate the room at noon. If you wish to return the room later, please contact reception in order to obtain all further information on the possibilities and possible additional costs.

Do not disturb

We will respect your privacy if the do not disturb sign is placed on the door. We will call the room between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to find out if you would like your room to be cleaned and will follow the desired schedule. Without a response from you, your maid will come in accompanied by the supervisor to clean your room.

Fax

No charge will be applied for received faxes. A fax machine is also available and can be installed in your room.

The reception will be delighted to make these arrangements for you.

Flowers

Flowers can be delivered on request. Please contact the conciergerie to order.

Guest Relations

If you need any assistance or assistance, please contact guest relations.

Ice cubes

Internet

We offer wireless internet access. Enjoy the convenience of your office from the comfort of your room or from anywhere in the hotel. An Internet corner is also available in the gallery.

House Keeping

The rooms are cleaned between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and again between 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. for turndown service. Please contact the housekeeper if you wish to set a specific time.

Laundry and dry cleaning

The hotel offers a laundry service 7/7, and on public holidays.

For same-day dry cleaning or laundry service, please contact the Housekeeper before 1:00 p.m.

Items entrusted for a dry cleaning or laundry service will be returned from 8:00 p.m. You will find the laundry bag and laundry forms in the cupboard.

Quick service: for a request before 9:00 a.m., linen return at 2:00 p.m.

Ironing service: for a request before 12 noon, return of the laundry at 8 p.m.

By express: for a request before 9:00 a.m., return at 2:00 p.m.

If you think you have misplaced a personal item, please contact the housekeeper for assistance.

Luggage service and storage

Bell staff service is available 24 hours a day. Please contact the concierge for luggage pick up or storage.

Mail and postage

The Concierges will be happy to assist you in sending or receiving your mail.

If, during your stay, mail is sent to you, it will be kept at the conciergerie and a voice message will be left in your room. The concierge will be happy to assist you.

Message

If your phone’s light is on, a voicemail message has been sent to you. You can listen to it by pressing the “Message” key.

Written messages will be delivered to your room as soon as possible.

Mini bar

A pay mini bar is available in your room. Consumption is automatically charged to your bill. For any restocking, please contact the room service.

Movies and music

A choice of films is offered to you on your television, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. With a single paid access, you can enjoy the entire program for 24 hours.

We provide you with a choice of feather and synthetic pillows. Please contact the housekeeper.

Polish

The hotel offers 24-hour shoe polishing. A polishing sponge is also available in the closet in your room. Please contact the housekeeper.

The newspapers are delivered to the hotel in Paris, 7 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays, you will benefit from the Friday edition.

Our concierge will be happy to deliver the newspaper of your choice in your language. Please let us know your wishes (order the day before for the next day).

Safe

A personal safe is available in your room. Jewelery, cash, securities and precious objects of a value greater than or equal to € 2,000 must be deposited in the safe at the reception of the hotel. Otherwise, the management declines all responsibility in the event of disappearance or theft. In addition, individual safes are made available in the rooms for you to deposit jewelry, cash, securities and precious objects with a value of less than € 2,000.

Security and emergency

A video surveillance system covers the public areas of the hotel.

For your safety, we recommend that you close the lock when you are in your room and identify all visitors before allowing them in.

Emergency evacuation instructions are located on the back of your room door.

Taxi

Wellness area

The wellness area is located on level -1 of the hotel over an area of ​​160m2 including two hammams and a fitness room with a wide range of cardio and weight training equipment.

The treatment room allows you to benefit by prior reservation with our concierge from a wide range of treatments and a program combining coaching and comfort massage.

The fitness area is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and the hammams from 8 a.m. to midnight.

WiFi

Upon your arrival

Check that your luggage is complete and contact the concierge for any anomalies.

The map behind your door shows the emergency exits, fire extinguishers and emergency telephones on your floor. Please familiarize yourself with the location of this equipment.

In your room

We recommend that you use the in-room safe for all valuables. For your safety do not share your code with anyone.

If someone knocks on your door, verify the identity of the person through the peephole before opening. Note that all Sofitel Ambassadors wear a badge allowing you to identify them as a member of staff.

When you don’t want to be disturbed, place the “do not disturb” sign on your door.

When you leave your room

Make sure all electrical equipment is turned off and unplugged.

Make sure your door is securely closed.

Do not give your room key to anyone.

Around the hotel

Exchange your currencies only at approved establishments and ask for a receipt.

In case of emergency

Keep calm and don’t panic. Follow the emergency procedures posted on the back of your door. Do not use elevators in the event of an evacuation.

In the event of a fire, take the nearest emergency exit designated by the teams or the fire brigade. Please, follow their instructions.
