1. The general terms and conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program apply to this offer.
   ALL membership is required to benefit from the offer from January 29 to February 11, 2026.
   The offer is then open to all customers from February 12 to February 25, 2026.

2. This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to receive a discount of up to 15%, depending on the participating hotel brands and regions, for any reservation made between January 29, 2026 and February 11, 2026, for a minimum stay of two nights, in a participating hotel, during the following stay periods:
   – Stays from March 6, 2026 to May 25, 2026
   – In participating hotels located in Europe, including: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

   China is not participating in this offer.

3. The discount may be combined with the ALL – Accor Live Limitless Member Rate.
   The discount level applied may vary depending on the brands and regions, including:
   – 15% discount at participating Sofitel and MGallery hotels.

4. The reference rate used to calculate the discount is the public non-flexible rate.

5. The stay must be a minimum of two (2) nights.

6. To be eligible for this offer, reservations must be made exclusively via the ALL – Accor Live Limitless app.
   Stays booked through any other platform or booking channel, reseller, tour operator, or third-party online travel agency (such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.) are not eligible.

7. Members must provide their ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number at the time of booking and present their card at the hotel reception upon check-in.

8. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or ongoing benefit and does not apply to group bookings.
   If a stay meets the conditions of several offers, only the ALL Reward points associated with the most advantageous offer (the one allowing the highest number of Reward points to be earned) will be credited to the member’s account.

9. This offer is subject to availability.
   The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to each hotel’s public rates apply.
   Accor, participating hotels and/or offer partners accept no liability in the event of non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external, irresistible, and unforeseeable event making its execution impossible or excessively burdensome.
   No compensation may be claimed, and benefits related to the offer (including Reward points) cannot be granted if the offer cannot be implemented under such circumstances.
