Once again this year, Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg is actively supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month and standing alongside the fight against breast cancer.

More than a commitment, it is a natural choice for our Maison, which highlights the talent and sensitivity of two inspired women: Aurélie Bourre, Head Bartender, and Shereen Khelif, Pastry Chef.

Together, they have imagined two delicate, floral creations that transform indulgence into a gesture of solidarity, available throughout October at Bar Le Faubourg.

A pink praline macaron enhanced with a Burgundy
blackcurrant confit and a white chocolate ganache

For each creation enjoyed, 25% of sales will be donated to La Ligue contre le cancer, supporting research and patient care.
