Created by Chef Christophe Chottin, the Brunch Blossom embraces tradition: generous, indulgent, and convivial. Here, brunch proudly celebrates its American roots.

The classics are honored with authenticity, precision, and craftsmanship: Eggs & Bacon in brioche, Eggs Benedict, pancakes with smoked salmon and guacamole, as well as quinoa power bowls, energizing granola bowls, and even New York cheesecake.

Above all, pleasure is the guiding principle, tailored to everyone. From lovers of iconic recipes like the brioche-style French toast to families with children, there is something for every taste.

And then comes the signature: the dark chocolate brookie with fleur de sel and pecans. Ultra generous and indulgent, it is designed to be shared, because Sundays are all about conviviality.

 

Signature products and culinary excellence

La Main Noire lattes are as beautiful as they are delicious, organic, ethical, artisanal, and crafted in Paris.
Teas are selected from the renowned house Betjeman & Barton.

The traditional baguettine by Meilleur Ouvrier de France Frédéric Lalos is served with house-made salted butter.

Authenticity is also reflected in the work of the chef and pastry chef.
For instance, Shereen Khelif’s homemade red berry and elderflower jam adds a delicate floral touch, echoing the Blossom spirit.

The Brunch Blossom includes:
• One hot beverage or a latte
• One fresh juice or organic cold-pressed juice
• A basket of baguettine tradition (MOF), with house-made salted butter and jam
• One main course of your choice
• One dessert of your choice

Because Sunday is прежде all about family, children up to 12 years old have their own menu at €27.
It is just as indulgent, yet perfectly adapted to their appetite, so that everyone can enjoy the Brunch Blossom together.

 

On the terrace

Every Sunday from 12:30 to 2:30 pm, the Brunch Blossom takes place behind the glass roof of Maison Blossom, styled as a winter garden.
During warmer months, it moves to the patio, one of the most sought-after terraces in the Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Here, guests take the time to enjoy a comforting and indulgent moment.
Whether with family or friends, it is perfect after a stroll through the Tuileries Garden or before visiting an exhibition in Paris.
