Indefatigable Parisians, our bees travel the capital in a radius of three kilometers around the hotel. With its many gardens free from all pesticides and rich in an extraordinary variety of flowers or avenues lined with honey trees, Paris represents a real opportunity to produce a tasty and high quality honey. The hotel contributes to pollination, essential for the reproduction and survival of plant species. This approach is fully in line with our action for sustainable development. At each harvest, our honey inspire our pastry chef Shereen Khelif to make delicately scented desserts, true products of Parisian soil!
In fine weather, perhaps you will see a bee grazing the highest branches of the camellia or apple trees in blossom of the restaurant!
