Jeu de Dames (Checkers)

Spring 2022 – Jeu de Dames (Checkers) invites to explore the chessboard of couture from the ultra-refined angle of lace. The exhibition plays on the perfect elegance of black and white, combining extremes, the absolute purity and the radical chic.

Jeu de Dames is also a bridge between West and East. All the laces worked by the creators of the Fédération Française de la Couture sur Mesure are signed Sakae Lace, the first Asian lacemaker to produce the famous Leavers lace. The company went to England to found the old Leavers looms that equip its production unit in Qingdao. Its sharp creativity allows it to offer refined and sophisticated collections for haute couture.

From the windows facing the street to the heart of the lobby, discover twenty breathtaking models of delicacy and refinement where historical winks serve the most audacious creativity.

Each piece is unique. All were created and handmade by the creators of the Fédération Française de la Couture sur Mesure.

The dresses are magnified by the awesome jewels of the designers of the Chambre Syndicale du Bijou BOCI and bags from the Fédération Française de la Maroquinerie.
